This is the first in the trilogy of Loafing Heroes albums made in Berlin, recorded and produced in the legendary Duncker 88 by Michael Hall [aka Big Bear] and with help from Jas Langdon for ebullient opener "King of the Vagabonds" and late night vision of "The Ones We Love". the album also includes a joyful ode to the Danish actress Anna Karina, some of their most haunting tunes in "Sunshine", "Nature Boy" and I "I Don't Care", and their earliest penned tracks such as "Transience", "Faraway Love" and the playful "Welcome to Vancouver". Featuring Bartholomew Ryan (vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica), Jonathan Jarzyna (guitars, vocals), Jaime McGill (bass clarinet), and Michael Hall (backing vocals, and lead vocals on "The Ones We Love").
